Current Volunteer Roles Available at the Pyramid Lake Food Distribution Warehouse

Greeting + Checking in Clients
- Greet clients and help them through the grocery pick up process
Walking Clients through Grocery Shopping + Picking Items
- This is a great opportunity to suggest healthy items and alternatives.
- Also Check out the cookbook section of the donated items area.
Donation Display Organization
- New items come in daily and need to be cleaned and displayed for client selection.
Yard Work
- Litter Pick Up
- Grading the parking lot
- Greenhouse and garden development and care
- Preparing land for new projects
Compost Disposal System
- Develop the composting system
- Develop a recycling system
- Manage separation of decomposing produce and recyclables
- Distribution of items to allocated locations
